global section will be delivered worldwide. However, under
special request by the sender, India Gift Collection will

It is customer's responsibility to pay any taxes, duties charged by the government authorities.

- Placing an order in India
Gift Collection does not make India Gift Collection or its
management or employees liable for the guarantee of delivery
of gift items at the precise date, time, and address or
to specific recipient under any circumstances. India Gift
Collection will take best efforts to meet the given date,
time and request.
- Normal delivery time
at the recipient is between 10 am and 7

- Delivery of the items
at the exact date, time and address is subject to political,
climatic and security conditions in the following areas:

- India Gift Collection
will not be responsible for any delay or missed delivery
that is due to incorrect information provided by the sender.
India Gift Collection will not refund under these circumstances.
- Gift items may not be
identical to the displayed items in the website. India Gift
Collection will take efforts to deliver gift items as displayed
or to its closest equivalent. India Gift Collections judgment
of closest equivalent to the gift items will be final.
- India Gift Collection
will take best effort to deliver perishable and fragile
items in a good condition, however if there is any destruction
or decay of the items at the time of delivery, India Gift
Collection will try to replace the same or its equivalent.
- If the recipient is not at the address provided
by the sender, the gift item with a note will be left with
the neighbor. If the neighbor(s) denies, a note will be left on the recipient’s door
to call our local office. At this point, no refund will
be provided.
- India Gift Collection will not refund the money
for any order placed by the sender, if the recipient denies
the gift item for any reason.
- For the items delivered by the courier / speed
post / registered post, their respective policies apply.
India gift Collection is not
responsible for their policies or any policy change made
by them anytime.
- India Gift Collection
is not responsible for any mishandling/misuse of credit
card information given to 2Checkout.com
or CC
Avenue, the authorized credit card processors, for the
orders placed. Please take care that your card is not used
for any unauthorized transaction. We shall not be responsible
for your card being charged for any unauthorized transaction.
However if your card has been used unauthorized, you should
let us know the moment you receive the E-mail confirmation
of the order placed

Gift orders once placed
cannot be cancelled, unless the order is not processed.

- In the event of a dispute relating to the services
of India Gift Collection, the dispute shall be subjected
to the jurisdiction of Chennai, India courts.

for any damage to your software or system, caused directly
