    What happens after I place my order?

    A: After you place your order on IndiaGiftCollection.com and make your credit card payment at CCAvenue Secure Gateway page, You will receive a confirmation via e-mail from CCAvenue providing your order information as well as your order number. This is confirmation that your order has been successfully placed with IndiaGiftCollection.com. If there is any problem’s with your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone or e-mail.
      




    Q: Order Confirmation
    What if I do not receive my order confirmation?

    A: You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after 2Checkout or CCAvenue receives your credit card payment. Sometimes there might be a slight delay due to high Web traffic. If you do not receive your confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail.
      




    Q: Delivery Date
    Can I change my delivery date?

    A: If your order has not yet been delivered or it’s not on its way to being delivered, IndiaGiftCollection.com is happy to change its intended delivery date as long as the new delivery date happens after the original due date and less than 90 days from the date of the order date. Please Send us a mail with your new delivery date.

      




    Q: Delivery Address
    Can I change the delivery address?

    A: If your order has not yet been delivered or it’s not on its way to being delivered, IndiaGiftCollection.com is happy to change your delivery address, as long as the new address is in the same city as of the original address. Please Send us a mail with your new delivery address.

      




    Q: Cancel Order
    Can I cancel my order?

    A: Unfortunately, you can not cancel your order at this time. But you can change the delivery date or delivery address or order different products as long as the changes falls within the terms and condition of India Gift Collection.

    Do you deliver an order outside of India?

    Q: Credit Cards
    What credit cards are accepted?


    A: IndiaGiftCollection.com accepts a variety of payment options including MASTERCARD, VISA, JCB, Diners Club, Citibank E-cards and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards issued anywhere in the world. In addition to the above mentioned payment methods, HDFC Bank, Citibank, Centurion Bank, ICICI Infinity, IDBI and UTI Bank net banking clients can now also pay you online.

      




    Q: Problem with Credit Card
    Why my credit card is not working?

    A: Most of the credit card mentioned above should work. However, if you are using a credit card issued in India, please be sure to select payment method in the address page as Indian Credit cards from the list instead of default Credit card.
      




    Q: Order Discount
    Was my discount applied to my order?

    A: You need to enter coupon or promotional code in the check out page, where you enter your Billing/Shipping Address. Final confirmation page reflects the discounted price. If for any reason you forgot to enter in your promotional code and/or feel the discount is not being applied, please let us know thru the feeback form. Our Coupons, Discounts and Promotions are sent directly thru e-mail.

    What is your Substitution Policy?


    A: At IndiaGiftCollection.com we are committed to delivering your important sentiments on time and as beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality and regional availability of certain items it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value.

      




    Q: Shipping Restrictions
    Can you ship the orders outside India ?

    A: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some items, and any perishable items cannot be shipped to international destinations. Similarly we cannot ship to APO/FPO Addresses, Prisons, Airports and any public places.

      




    Q: Tracking Your Shipment
    How can I track my shipment?

    A: If you have a tracking number, you can track your package by visiting order status page and clicking the "Track shipment" link. The shipping company and Tracking number will be listed in shipment notification e-mail. If you haven't received your shipment confirmation notification e-mail, please contact customer service.


    Please note that some shipments, such as Perishable Items and Shipment to Certain country are not trackable. If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent order in the order status page or your account page.

    How do I get FREE Shipping for my order?

    A: The shipping charges for all the order destination inside India is FREE. For the International orders, the shipping charges are calculated based on the order total. To find out about the shipping charge visit shipping rates for your destination country.

    How do I correct a mistake I made with an Order?

    Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

    Q: Non Credit Card Payment Method
    How do I pay for the order, If I don't want to use credit card online?

    A: In general our credit card payment gateway is secure (128-bit encryption). The India Gift Collection neither have access to your credit card details nor store it. However, if you want to pay thru other payment method, you can wire the money directly to us (see instruction how to wire the funds listed here).
      




    Q: Wiring Instruction
    How do I wire the payment for the order?

    A: Follow the normal ordering process, add your items to the shopping cart, enter the billing/shipping addresses and select the payment type as "Wire Payment" and check out. You will receive a confirmation email in which detail wiring instruction will be listed.

    How do I convert the amount listed in the site to my local currency
